For example, there's an incident that you find incredibly annoying, but ultimately.. days, months, or even years later, you realize it is a valuable lesson. Just like coffee. While reading the title prompt for this week's #TCSP, I realized something... have you ever had a failure with a barista? It turns out that over the past 10 years, I've rarely had FAILS with baristas. That happened when coffee shops first opened in this city. About 6 years ago, due to a lack of literacy and a culture of drink coffee with sugar, I got annoying when they add sugar when it should have been optional. Cold brew served right before my eyes. As far as I knew, cold brew was made in the refrigerator and served by the barista behind the bar. The vessel dripped water drop by drop, resulting in a strong brew. This wasn't just a show or the interior design of a coffee shop, but rather the way they make coffee to attract customers. This is one coffee shop that's growing slowly.
