People that double people that are scientist in our nations defense companies are investigating for world espionage. According to a movie, not everyone can join the country club. They are voted in by the rich with political power.
Offutt AFB has a General with not his original name he was born with. They also have scientist with doubles. The scientist aren't government property like the military so their investigated by the FBI. The air force uses civilians to fly their aircraft with military personnel. Don't know whether these pilot's would be investigated by the FBI or Military Police. Takes a certain type of badge to enter Offutt AFB using military police for security. Not every place on the air force base without a top secret security clearance.
The FBI decides whether a civilian gets a top secret clearance to enter into certain places on the air force base but the FBI doesn't seem to have a relationship with the air force because what's been happening in Hocking county for 9 years the FBI can't stop for some reason.
I don't know if anyone living or visiting Hocking county has a security clearance during using multiple types of military and civilian satellites. People are sure getting a education what these psychological satellites can do . People in Hocking county wouldn't know how to build beams, rays, camera's or lasers.
Since their claiming they use these type of machines to investigate with oversea's. and use a civilian from another country that can get into a certain location of interest. What happens if this civilian finds out about the billion dollar machine their using? Probably wouldn't want the civilian to tell other people about noticing their machine. Do they kill the civilian to protect the secret about the machine their using?
