When the people you lead actually start leading you...
One of the managers in my business sat ME down and explained that my leadership style on a particular day was hurting the business. She even showed me video footage to illustrate her point.
At first I was appalled that she would tell me how to lead my employees. But I eventually started to realize that SHE WAS RIGHT!!! I am so proud!
She has developed her leadership skills to the point of helping her leader. Now the question is...
