The Yellow-throated Warbler is a beautiful bird with a striking bright yellow neck that I do not see often.
Patience will sometimes reward you.
Walking deep in the woods I heard several birds conversing. I made my way towards them slowly and waited.
The group of birds were still a little further from me than I hoped, when suddenly this beauty swooped onto the large tree in front of me.
She was on the hunt and efficiently worked her way across this incredible large, slanted tree.
It all happened very fast so I did my best to capture the moment, although the pictures weren't as crisp as I had hoped.
She worked that tree like a pro.
...and then she took one last pose on a small branch and was gone!
