There are situations when you need a trust worthy knot that you can tie in a pinch. Such as when the isn't enough light or the fish are biting and you need to change up a new lure or when the boat is being rocked all around.
The clinch knot is a very easy knot to tie, but sometimes, if tied wrong it can slip.
