As a visual communicator, Yonny Rodríguez creates in his workshop an Alter-ego, a character (RATA) that has its own cosmogony, its imaginary, through which public spaces intervene taking into account the characteristics and architecture of the city, likewise in his two-dimensional and three-dimensional work.
RATA is the detonator of a more complex composition, which generates a series of situations that link; satire, symbols, religion, juxtapositions, black humor, anarchy and dogmas that question our time.
The work of LE RAT is a work influenced by graphic design, graffiti, skate, Street art and (panther of the street). With a color palette in high contrast that celebrates the celebration of the Caribbean (the peo on) that seduces us as a spectator no matter how grotesque the image.
