There has been an increasing events in the news that suggests that something will happen pretty soon. I will try to write and analyze this topic being neutral.
Yesterday I charted how the #USDCRC pair is trading and that is an indicator that something will come in the near future for the small Costa Rican economy. That in fact seems to be the case for the same kind of news I recently saw. There was a company that close its business here and so they fired around 150 employees but given there are strict rights for workers it seems they just vanished leaving this employees without job, salary and the liquidation part as well. On other news there is a big private institution that started to get customers complaints for not paying interests in over 4 months, that in fact is something to be aware of but more importantly how they handled the investors funds and where they placed them is what caught my attention.

The target sector was buildings, land and construction which usually is a safe bet once you have money laying around and the economy seems to be stable, but this also makes me recall when the real state bubble burst. The government just recently stated that it will make some efforts to reduce the interest rate for this kind of loans which will release some pressure about the now ill economy but it is a good indicator that not enough new loans and buildings are being created to keep moving the economy. If the financial institution that recently accepted that $200 million USD are currently waiting to be cash out as real state projects, land, buildings and other structures that need to get them cash will not successfully return the money the investors will be really mad and most likely leave them without funds, not to mention that they also own the government 1800 millions of CRC which is around $30 million USD.
Where am I in this situation? I feel like i'mm currently lurking for some opportunities so I could possible get a better loan interest or that possible foreclosure lands or houses might be available(not that I own the resources for them, but if conditions are good there is a chance for an investment.). I feel sad that this economic bubble is going to burst sooner or later, but on the other hand I've been tired to make family and friends make a savings fund which will ease this phase of the economy or even allow them to get in good investment opportunities.
This is a behavioral drive economy, where everyone is trying to impress their close ones by where they had vacations, which car they are driving or how old it is, where do they live or how much did it cost. Few are really concerned in professional growth, creating extra income flows or even train themselves in new skills that will help them improve both professionally and in real life, in fact remember work like is just a small part of what you will live so you better keep improving, reading and getting better skills for your whole life, never is too late to improve or correct a bad behavior.
