If you have been long enough in this platform you might remember the zombie network of downvoters bots that started coordinated attack to aware users of steem about it being a scam. Well they were pretty much gone was the RC's was implemented in HF20 I believe (I might be wrong I cannot really recall).
I just made a post explaining the benefits of having the downvotes and now that I just checked downvotes on a project I run I saw something very particular, it was a downvote from a very tiny account which I further investigate. It seems that the account that downvoted me belongs to a well known @camillesteemer. The thing that caught my attentionwas that many smaller accounts are sending funds to the main account and now given that the downvotes are free it will probably let the zombie network capable of doing attacks in the future.
