This one is so enjoyable and interesting to add neon lines. I even used digital ruler on doing the main building especially on the corners. I also put in mind the reflection of the lights on the water and also my name.
I also played on my Rappler name. It is not the usual straight Rappler lying on the ground or sometimes floating at the sky. It now has a different angle which is inspired by the rays of sun.
