Change is inevitable..

I believe change shouldn't be forced, it should something that you emulate without being told..

Your trial to convince people to be the way you want them to be doesn't make them change, many act in pretence just to make you feel they haven't changed but soon they will still show up the way you never wanted...

I don't try to change people, I just exhibit the kinda attitude and personality you should emulate and probably you might reciprocate and it starts from there...

Just like when a preacher is trying to convince someone to do same, it's not just possible and even if he succeeds at that moment, he will end up failing because this is not what the other person chose..
All you can do is preach the word to him and let him be, he has to decide on what he wants to be or go onto..

I believe change occurs but remember that character you want someone to change, another person likes it...
