Many people suffer today because they can't express how they feel, some can express but they are doing that to the wrong people and at the wrong time with a right tone..

I believe believe that courage has a part to play in communication because most people really want to express themselves and how they feel but they lack the courage to do so..

There is power in our words and sometimes what we become are dependent on what we say and how well we communicate it..

I was finding it hard to express to how I feel because I was a shy type but since I developed courage, I always speak my mind freely and it makes way for me...
