I knew my day would be busy so I got a good 4 mile run in today in the morning. A little frustrating how I’m not showing as much improvement as I’d like. I guess it’s just a bit harder to improve at my age than it use to be. I had a great time watching my daughters perform on stage today. They did awesome!
