Hey guys in this article i am talking about this very beautiful ancient SHIVA temple.This temple is popularly known as trimbkeshwar temple situated in the town of trimbak which is about 28 kms from Nashik city situated in Maharashtra INDIA.Last year I visted this temple along with my family.Nashik is a beautiful place and it is surrounded by gigantic mountains.
BEAUTIFUL! ISNT IT.This place is full of natural beauty.
The origin of the sacred Godavari river is near Trimbak.
The temple is located between three hills namely Brahmagiri, Nilagiri and Kalagiri. The temple has three lingams (an iconic form of Shiva) representing Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma. The temple tank is called Amritavarshini, which measured 28 m (92 ft) bu 30 m (98 ft). There are three other bodies of water, namely, Bilvatheertha, Viswananthirtha and Mukundathirtha. There are images of various deities, namely, Gangadevi, Jaleswara, Rameswara, Gautameswara, Kedarnatha, Rama, Krishna, Parasurama and Lakshmi Narayana. The temple has also several monasteries and samadhis of saints.
ON the way to trimbakeshwar we stopped by and drank sugarcane juice.it was very delicious.They were using bulls to squeeze the sugarcane for juice it was epic.
I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME IN TRIMBAKESHWAR.THE TEMPLE WAS GIGANTIC AND VERY BEUTIFUL.
