It looks like the West is paying more for gold than the East according to, http://didthesystemcollapse.com/.
This would indicate to me, that the dollar is losing value as the Yuan is gaining. It now takes more dollars for the US to purchase gold than the East has to pay in their currency.
This chart will obviously change, but i'm pretty sure this is the first time we've seen the West paying higher for gold.
