Tuck front lever
Jalones cortos en tuck front lever//Short front lever tuck pull-ups
Tuck front lever avanzado//Tuck front lever advanced
Saludos!!
This is an advanced level pull-up exercise within calisthenics, which requires a great amount of strength in the aforementioned muscle areas. Its execution consists of doing pull-ups at the waist (trying to pull as high as possible, until touching the waist with the hands), from the advanced tuck front lever position. In this exercise the back and abdomen will be under tension all the time, both on the way up and on the way down. It is a great exercise for hypertrophy and strength gain, and is similar in terms of muscle work to the rowing that is usually performed in gyms.
In these pictures I show you some of my practices of variants and progressions that have helped me in my training to improve little by little in the execution of this exercise. The variations are listed in ascending order of difficulty, and according to the consecutive order of the photos:
Tuck front lever
Short front tuck front lever pull-ups//Short front lever tuck pull-ups
Advanced tuck front lever//Tuck front lever advanced
4)Inverted row pull-ups//Inverted row pull-UPS
5)Advanced tuck front lever pull-ups//Tuck front lever advanced pull-ups.
So folks, that's it for today's post. I would like to know your opinion about this exercise and if you have ever done it. Greetings!!!
