Today, I bring you a story about one of the oldest cats I've ever seen, or you could say, we've ever had at home. 🏡
I have always been the one who names everything, the animals that come through the house or that we have at home, my stuffed animals, phones, and even the plants 😂🤭, because I like to water and talk to them by name. I named this cat La Manchada because of her many colorful spots.
La Manchada, is a cat that came to our house more than 8 years ago. It's been so long that, counting and counting, I've been surprised because I think she's already 10 years old, if she's not older.
When my parents went abroad, 6 years ago, the cat was already here, she was on her third pregnancy and already had kittens. She was already an adult, and had quite a trajectory.

El día de hoy, les traigo una historia sobre una de las gatas más viejas que he visto, o podría decirse, que hemos tenido en casa. 🏡
Siempre he sido yo la que le pone nombre a todo, a los animales que llegan por la casa o que tenemos en casa, a mis peluches, mis teléfonos, he incluso a las plantas 😂🤭, pues me gusta regar y hablarles por su nombre. A esta gata la nombre La Manchada por sus muchas manchas de colores.
La Manchada, es una gata que llegó por la casa hace más de 8 años. Ha pasado tanto que, sacando cuentas y cuentas me he sorprendido porque creo que ya va para los 10 años, si es que no tendrá más.
Cuando mis padres se fueron al extranjero, hace 6 años, ya la gata estaba aquí, iba por su tercer embarazo y ya tenía gatitos. Era adulta ya y tenía bastante trayectoria.
The name The Manchada no longer exists, now that the years have passed, that she has had more than 12 births and so on, I call her: Grandmother or The old.
Those are her two names now, recently when I was on a video call with my dad, he was amazed to see her because he knows that when he was here, the cat was already more than a few years old and had more than 3 births, hahahaha I laughed so much at his astonishment. That started to catch my attention and I realized how old this cat was.
We never let her in the house, she is actually a stray cat but she always comes to eat here, she always comes more than 4 times a day and she has adapted to my cat Pepperoni 🐱, she respects him, she doesn't attack him and they even share sometimes the food.
He still still has some tenderness, despite his many cat and human years. She still purrs and her meowing is very quiet, I hardly hear her meowing, if it wasn't because she moves her jaw, I wouldn't be able to notice when she meows hahaha.
Ya el nombre de La Manchada no existe, ahora que han pasado los años, que ya ha tenido más de 12 partos y demás, le digo: La Abuela o La Vieja.
Esos son sus dos nombres actualmente, hace poco cuando estaba en una vídeo llamada con mi papá, él se asombró al verla porque sabe que cuando él estaba aquí, ya la gata tenía más de unos años y más de 3 partos, jajajaja me dió tanta risa su asombro. Eso me empezó a llamar la atención y caí en cuenta del tiempo de esta gata.
Nunca le dejamos entrar a la casa, en realidad es una gata callejera pero siempre viene a comer aquí, siempre viene más de 4 veces al día y se ha adaptado a mi gato Pepperoni 🐱, lo respeta, no lo ataca y hasta comparten algunas veces la comida.
Aún sigue teniendo un poco de ternura, a pesar de sus muchos años gatunos y humanos. Sigue ronroneando y su maullido es muy silencioso, casi ni la escucho maullar, si no es porque mueve la mandíbula, no lograría notar cuando maulle jajaja.

She is my mom's enemy 😂😱 hahaha she managed to get a few prey from the kitchen. But for careless, with me she doesn't do it, she respects my presence a lot. That's something I appreciate about her, since despite being a stray she has good manners with me. 🤭☺️🐈

En fin, quería contarles sobre ella porque ya lleva varios o mejor dicho muchos años, y se ve que puede durar unos 10 años más. Ahora se encuentra otra vez preñada, ya perdí la cuenta de cuántas veces a parido. En realidad me sigue asombrando que aún pueda hacerlo.
Ella es la enemiga de mi mamá 😂😱 jajaja logró quitarle unas cuántas presas de la cocina. Pero por descuidada, conmigo no lo hace, respeta mucho mi presencia. Eso es algo que aprecio de ella, ya que a pesar de ser callejera tiene buenos modales conmigo. 🤭☺️🐈.
