Day 19
Es teler is an Indonesian Fruit Cocktail. To make this drink all you need is:
- 1 liter milk
- crushed ice
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 2 tins jackfruit in syrup
- 1 tin young coconut in syrup
- coconut with coconut water
•Pour 1 bag of coconut with coconut water into a bowl.
•Open both tins of jackfruit in syrup and pour the liquid into the bowl.
•Cut the jackfruit into pieces and put it in the bowl.
•Open a can of young coconut in syrup and pour the liquid into the bowl.
•Cut the pieces of young coconut into strips and put it in the bowl.
•Add 1 liter of fresh milk.
•Add ice to your taste.
•Sweeten the cocktail with condensed milk. More or less according to your own taste.
•Spoon the result into a glass.
•Ready to be served.
