Noticed your older post from 2024 on the EMDR (with a photo of a train station that looks like Schiedam?) I was in that time a client of Schiedam also for trauma… now at Rotterdam. So most importantly very curious how you look back at the therapy , did it bring what you hoped?

Furthermore, Jungfrau! What a destination, I am doing the 2026 Jungfrau Marathon so very surprised to come across this post!
