What I think would be an good opportunity is when we get a “RFP” (request for proposal) style app / section to improve the HBD community fund allocation.

Currently we not only limit ourselves in the idea generation to the limited group of developers within Hive, we also limit ourselves to the execution of these ideas by only a small group of developers. Furthermore most ideas are solutions for which we have yet to find a problem. Rather than that we do it more methological:
-> determine core challenges
-> have an impact analysis on the value of these challenges (what is it worth)
-> request for proposal , not just hive specific but depending on the topic in broader (brother => broader | edit) tech/defi/marcom ecosystem
-> first review by experts (within hive) - what are suitable/ realistic ideas
-> community voting on suitable ideas
-> project coordination by core (dev)member

That way there are still opportunities to earn from ideas - but we use the funds more efficient.
