One thing I noticed quite a lot lately is how my perspective regarding how difficult or easy my job is changes based on how I react to the tasks I must do.

This is one of those things that are easy to overlook, and might even not apply in some cases. However, it can also be something you unconsciously do that ruins your mood at work and gets you annoyed because of simple things that you can totally handle.

Basically I'm talking about your reaction when it comes to the work you receive and must do.

I noticed that quite often, when I am at work and I have to do a task, especially one that comes after a client orders food, complaining about it, even internally, or even adopting a facial expression that means frustration or annoyance makes me more susceptible to getting annoyed and frustrated because of the work that I have to do.

I've done this again and again throughout the year. Everyone has moments in which they would rather do nothing than work, and anything that comes up that must be taken care of makes us roll our eyes. That action right there, rolling your eyes, might have a bigger impact on your mood than you expect.

I've seen this again and again, not only with myself, but with others. Every time people have to do some work and they begin to act annoyed because of it, or frustrated, they only end up getting more and more of those feelings every time they have to do another thing.

Contrary to this, whenever I, or the people around me, become, or at least try to become indifferent towards the work that we have to do, and we just treat it as something that must be done, the amount of frustration or annoyance decreases.

In shorter terms, the way you react to the work that you must do has an effect on the way you feel about the work.

This can help when things become more and more frustrating, alongside trying to get a different view when it comes to what you do and the reason behind spending hours and hours at your job. Do the job because it must be done, and try to control both your inner thoughts and your reaction to the additional work that must be done. It might surprise you how much that can influence your mood at times.
