!! Rejection !!
A word which demotivates anyone within fractions of second. Why we concentrates too much on rejections? Why there is always a fear of getting rejected? Why we never think out of the box? Why we allow rejections to play with our mind?
A person tried hard for a job in reputed companies. After "N" number of try finally he/she loose hopes completely & gets demotivated !! S/He try to blame LUCK, God, Situation, Peoples for his rejection.
Let's try to understand the above situation...!
A person who tried a lot for a job in reputed companies; it means he/she was desperately in need of a job or it should be their dream. After lot of attempts they feel demotivated. Why??
If you need a job in the reputed companies because you were too desperate or it was your dream then is there is any sense becoming demotivated after rejection?
I mean seriously? Understood & agreed it is our conscious mind which orders us to do so but we should keep control on our mind. Because it was your choice to get job in reputed companies.
And if you do not want any rejection then why don't you go for a low rated company?
The main problem of human behavior is to blame LUCK saying it was not in our favor. Why it was not? Did you really try for whatever you were looking for? If not then did you try anything differently? Why we always need to blame our luck? It depends on us whether we use it properly or not !!
Obviously, the criteria should be high being high rated company; and it is not companies fault, you should look at your own whether you are right fit or not !!
Sometimes we need to understand, whether we are made for that particular situation or not. If not then we should either try for different or try differently. Choice is ours !!
As per government record there is tremendous rise in the suicide cases due to failures in the exams. Do we really need to take this step due to rejection? Do we ever think of our parents?
Why there is always fear of getting rejected? Do we not have enough trust on us to succeed?
""Remember, rejection is just a part of life not an entire life or end of life. If we seriously need something then never loose hopes until we make it.!!
