Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. The reason many people have not made any move to change their situation is because they fear rejection. Many people are supposed to have made decisions and choices that would have turned their especially around and approached people that would have pushed them to the next level of their lives, but then they fail to because they fear rejection. Trust me, no one enjoys or looks forward to getting rejected, but then it happens anyways, and when it does, what do you do? How do you accept it? Do you deal with it properly, or do you let it break you?
Some people let a single rejection break them, and they give up on their dreams just because of a single rejection and possibly because they had very high hopes of things going as planned only for them to get rejected, and then that becomes the stroke that breaks the camel's back, and instead of trying again, they abandon everything and move onto something else. There are many dreams that have stayed dreams just because of a single rejection, and then those who had those dreams could not find the zeal and the courage to keep trying, so they just let everything stay dreams.
One of the requirements for growth is rejections; things cannot always go as planned, and your every proposal must not be accepted. Sometimes it gets rejected, and you are expected to redesign it, redefine it, make adjustments, and then try again. Because it was rejected does not make it worthless or useless, because it was rejected does not mean your dreams cannot be made a reality, and there are times when you get rejected because you are dealing with the wrong people and they don't see your potential or the potential of your dreams, but then if you give up because these wrong people rejected you, then you might never meet those who actually see you.
There is no other way to deal with rejection other than accepting that it is a part of the life we live in; it is often inevitable. Even those that have arrived at their destination and have made their dreams a reality had to deal with rejection at some point, and if they had let those rejections break them or stop them from trying again, then maybe we won't even be hearing of them today. Just accept that it is a part of life and a part of growth that shows and proves that you are trying, and when it comes, cry if you want, be sad, and after a few days pick yourself up, dust yourself up, redesign your plan or goal, reshape, and then try again.
