What would happen If earth lost oxygen for 5 seconds?

Oxygen is the third most abundant element in the universe . We all need oxygen to survive.Oxygen is irreplaceable when it comes to supporting life. The human body is about two-third oxygen.

But what would happen if earth lost oxygen just for 5 seconds?

Here is the answer:

• Everyone at the beach would get terrible sunburns, and the reason behind is that absence of ozone layer in the atmosphere . As ozone layer also contain oxygen element.

• Water in the oceans, rivers, lakes begin to evaporate immediately because water contains one part of oxygen & two of hydrogen and if there were no oxygen, water would instantly become gas.

• The day would be as dark as night because of absence of oxygen molecules in the air.

• All concrete buildings convert into dust because oxygen acts as a binder in concrete & if there were no oxygen all concrete would convert into dust.

• Some serious hearing loss, because of sudden change in air pressure(21% lose in pressure) everyone's ear would explode.
  (It is similar to jumping from sea level to 2000m instantly)

• Our earth's crust would crumble & the Earth's crust contain 45% of the oxygen.So absence of oxygen means CRUMBLE
  which means NO OXYGEN=CRUMBLE.

• Untreated metals would immediately weld together.
