Creating Rapid Effect With Photoshop
1. Prepare Car drawings and Road Background.
before starting to discuss the tutorial please save the picture below as learning materials this time, how to just right click on the picture and select save picture.

2. Croping / Cutting a Car Object
Now you go to Photoshop Program and select file> open and select Car Picture, croping car object by using Pen Tool just press button (P) on keyboard, and change the settings as below:
Pen Tool Settings and follow the area of the edge of the car, for the curve you just do with click and hold then move the mouse to adjust the indentation, see the edges that I selected using the Pen Tool in the image below:
3. Inserting a Car Image into a Road Background.
Now open Car Background file by selecting File> Open menu and select file and click Open button. now we input the image of the car that was in the copy earlier by pressing CTRL + V in the background of the path. set the size of the car to balance the Background Road, how to simply press the CTRL + T and click the point that is in the corner and drag while pressing the SHIFT button See the results as shown below:

4. Giving Effect On Background Road Using Radial Blur.
The picture above is still the process of merging between the background of the road and the car, when viewed from the photo above the car still looks silent and now we will make the effect as if we photograph when the car is running with Radial Blur, how to select the background layer and open the menu Filter> Blur> Radial Blur set the settings according to the image below:

5.Giving Effects On Car Objects Using Radial Blur.
Now we will do Radial Blur effect for Car object, but before we duplicate first layer car by select layer car then press CTRL + J. and select the new car layer in the copy then do the Radial Blur effect like giving effect to the background of the path and the result will be like the picture below:

The process is almost finished but the image of the car to look too blurry overall here we will remove the center of the car to make it look clearer, do it by using the Eraser Tool just press the (E) button to activate the Eraser Tool then delete the middle of the car on Layer 1 Copy . and the result will look like the picture below:

- Set Scale and Rotate On the Entire Picture.
The picture above shows more clearly on the car part, now combine all layers by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + E and Rotate the image a few degrees by using CTRL + A for the whole selection then CTRL + T to activate Free Transform then turn direction and set the size so that be like the picture below:
