Feliz sábado amigos de #hive, espero estén teniendo un excelente fin de semana!

Esta es mi primera publicación en la comunidad #openmic, y lo hago participando en mi primer concurso; me parece muy bien que haya un espacio para la expresión de diversos géneros musicales, y,que cada semana se de un tema diferente, con que los concursantes puedan participar; esta semana, el tema es: música tradicional, temática que fue propuesta por el amigo @bertrayo, lo cual me parece excelente, porque pienso que es muy importante conservar nuestras tradiciones, que son nuestros orígenes, nuestras raíces, y que mejor forma de hacerlo que, a través de la música; el tema para mi, es doblemente especial, porque ademas de poder interpretar música que representa a mi hermoso país Venezuela, es un estilo que realmente me apasiona, ya que me desenvuelvo en la interpretación del cuatro y el arpa; instrumentos típicos de nuestra música criolla.

Si hablamos de música tradicional en mi país Venezuela, hablamos de arpa, cuatro y maracas, en sus distintas expresiones; cómo por ejemplo: pajarillo, periquera, quirpa, seis por derecho, zumba que zumba; y carnaval, que es el estilo que voy a interpretar en mi participación.

Quiero agradecer la invitación a la amiga @nancybmp, que me motivo a presentar mi entrada, ya casi al final; pero lo hago con mucha emoción y entusiasmo, esperando que la interpretación sea del agrado de todos ustedes!

Me despido deseándoles éxito y bendiciones a cada uno de los que hacen vida en esta hermosa comunidad; y, espero que sea el primero de muchos concursos que pueda participar!

Happy Saturday #hive friends, I hope you are having a great weekend!

This is my first publication in the #openmic community, and I do it by participating in my first contest; I think it's great that there is a space for the expression of various musical genres, and,that every week a different theme is given, with which the contestants can participate; this week, the theme is: traditional music, a theme that was proposed by my friend @bertrayo, which I think is excellent, because I think it is very important to preserve our traditions, which are our origins, our roots, and what better way to do it than through music; the theme for me is doubly special, because besides being able to interpret music that represents my beautiful country Venezuela, it is a style that really excites me, since I develop in the interpretation of the cuatro and the harp; typical instruments of our Creole music.

If we talk about traditional music in my country Venezuela, we talk about harp, cuatro and maracas, in its different expressions, such as: pajarillo, periquera, quirpa, seis por derecho, zumba que zumba; and carnival, which is the style that I will interpret in my participation.

I want to thank the invitation to my friend @nancybmp, who motivated me to present my entry, almost at the end; but I do it with great emotion and enthusiasm, hoping that the interpretation will be to the liking of all of you!

I say goodbye wishing success and blessings to each of you who make life in this beautiful community; and, I hope this is the first of many contests that I can participate!
