Today is a vegetarian day so I only eat vegetarian food, go around Asiana Food town I can not find the favorite vegetarian food so I decide to eat Bingsu.
The material made Bingsu from fruits and milk so eat Bingsu also like to eat vegetarian food.

Asiana Food Town located at district one is a complex area include restaurants, fashion shops, supermarkets and food area. I often call this place with another name is Chợ Lòng Đất (underground market) because you must go down to access inside.

At here, the space for each stall not large, you order dishes at the stall and go to the table and waiting for food, the table put at the public area and you can sit at anywhere you want.

Each stall only small like this.

Besides sell Bingsu, this stall also sells Thailand ice-cream roll with multiple flavor. I select mango with mango flavor, mango use for bingsu is ripe mango and I extremely like ripe mango flavor.

After order, they give me a card like this and I only go to the table and waiting for bingsu.
The public area quite large and empty, maybe because I go to early so the space not crowded.

I order small size for me and my friend, because we will eat another food after so we can't eat full with bingsu.
The bingsu bowl look so delicious and the color of mango so attractive.
They put one mango ice cream on the top of bingsu, under mango is grinded ice, the grinded ice so soft and look like snow.

I like ripe mango so the taste very very suitable with me, I not complain about the taste, I only want to eat the bingsu =))).

One note to every one eat bingsu, you should focus about to eat bingsu, not talking too much when eating, the grinded melt quite fast.
