Fried corn - Best street food of mine

Saigon always know is a dynamic city, the nightlife alway more bustle than the day, so to provide for this bustling life, have many restaurants and coffee open overnight. But not all restaurant like this, only a part of all, and this can not serve enough for people exigency.
A type of business that only opens at night, that is street food. They often had a street vendor, everything will be arranged on this street vendor from the material to the stove and the seller will push the street vendor go around the street or stay at an absolute position to sell their food
Street food quite varieties, from fried to grilled or steam and raw food.

A big big cart with many thing on it!

I love grilled and fried food, special is grilled corn but my teeth quite weak, so I select fried corn instead of grilled corn.
This cart not only sale grilled corn or fried corn, but they also sell grilled rice paper with egg, coconut water, noodle with crab soup...

The stove so small and you can see all the processes the seller made the fried corn. Fried corn is fry with butter, not is oil so the smell is so good. I love fried food is fry with butter even though what is it!

Next to the right is thecharcoal stove is grilling the corn, if you feel cold you can stand next to the stove, so warm.

And after waiting time, she finish a fried corn for me, when she see me take some photo, she put the box next to the stove for me take photo more detail. She so nice, right?

Street food not only convinient but also it still cheap because the seller not pay money for rent the premises, so the price of food will cheaper than food at the restaurant.
I only pay 10,000VND(~0.4$) for one fired corn, and I also easy find a street vendor went you go around on the street.
I love street food and I want to try all street food of many countries, not anly Vietnam because with each country, they have taste belong to this country and I to know about it.

Because street food doesn't have name or signboard so I put the address of street vendor to let you easily find her. She only sells after 5:30 PM to the deep night.
