When 7 ugly goblin decided to unite under a pilot ,they created a powerful machine that just symbolize power and only power.They become hard hitters and their hit is capable of piercing the enemy armor and sometimes leave the enemy completely stunned.
My relationship with goblin mech is very old, It is one of my first card that I purchased,(yes I purchased it instead of waiting to get in rewards,after my opponent defeated me using Goblin Mech).
This card somewhat lose its sheen because of low mana battle (12 mana) introduced in the game that make it somewhat impossible to play this card and for high mana battle,Untamed edition got some strong options like Magnor in Fire splinter,Torhillo the frozen and The Kraken(reward) in Water splinter,Kron the undying in Earth splinter,Shield bearer in Life splinter ,Bone Golem in Death,The vigilator in Dragon and Chain Golem in Neutral cards. As far as price of card is concerned,no one can beat this card.
But when I got "Super Sneak"+ "Upclose & Personal" ruleset, I immediately know that this is the time to use Goblin mech.
So you see, I have option from choosing the team from Earth or from dragon and I go on choosing the team as below:
I choose the summoner Daria Dragonscale to get +1 melee attack for all of my teammates. After all it is "Upclose and Personal" so all monster are melee monsters.
Does'nt she look fabulous in her shiny gold dress and all geared up?
With nice health and have healing ability Flesh golem is nice addition to the team.
Actually I always use Flesh golem whenever I use Earth splinter and the rulesets permits.
Brownie just costing only 1 mana and giving all friendly monster +1 melee attack and also give +1 swiftness.
With so many benefits coming with just 1 mana cost,how can I ignore him?
After increasing my swiftness with +1, I decided to use creeping ooze to slow down the enemy by 1.
It will increase the chance of enemy missing my monsters.
Having the abilities like flying,opportunity and scavenger, it is nice to have in team to hunt down the enemy monster that is having less health.
So here comes the Gremlin blaster with it's fireworks to blast the party.
Did I forget to mention that ,he can stun too?
Ohh!Did I put the protagonist at the end? Actually it is super sneak and I thought Goblin Mech high health and high armor will really give the good protection in the end.
In the end, though goblin mech was sacrificed but every monster was safe.
