Look whom I met when I was digging a bed in my garden!
Some people don't like toads and have prejudices, and are even afraid to pick them up and touch them. Meanwhile, a toad is a very beautiful creature. You can watch at it almost endlessly. Its bumpy, lumpy skin, when wet, shines in the sun like diamond-studded fabric. Note, this is a useful animal - toads destroy mosquitoes. The more toads live on my land, the better for my garden!
It sat quietly on my palm, and I even tried to take a macro photo of the eye. It is mesmerizing... I selected this photo for the current round of the #Photofeed #macro photography contest.
