Just returned from the 6-day family boat trip to the Ladoga lake (better say: "Ladoga sea", cause it is so huge!). More detailed report will follow but later. I am sunken, my head is woozy, and the body is still reeling, as if I still had a deck under my feet.
PS: at last, I parted with my dream to borrow tele-macro lens with me, and restricted myself to 50mm (which I used just on a few occasions this time) and 16-35mm, which became my choice for everyday reportage. It didnt work like a charm, for all 100% of the plots, but still brought in some great results that were inaccessible with 50-mm.
