My today's photo-walk could go for #SeasonHunt challenge by @barbara-orenya, but it is still at vacays. Besides that, nobody feel good here, actually, so... just a little collection of spring macro photo etudes to relax and forget for a few hours that the ship's sinking.
The buds prepared for their bloom, they are really 'at a low start'.
This week the first snowdrops appeared (right before winter dropped some new fresh snow... )
Rivers have appeared everywhere... ofc they are tiny - and bokeh-licious.
Millions of temporary Crystal Palaces are erected everywhere.
Bread is maturing off the trees? nope, its too early for that yet. But its a right time to help birds to find some nutrition.
Cause now it is the hungriest time, it is difficult for birds to get food "from nature": everything already has been chewed up and eaten during the wintertime, and nature has not yet produced new food ...
'Evergreen gems' - lichens. They always do look like a natural jewelry, and in spring, being framed with all this melting ice and snow, even more.
And let me finish on this note. What was your guess and the 1st association -- is that a dropped crisp or what?.. just curious. Well, its not; it is the first little sprout of the season-2022 (not so green, as you can see ))) that is making its way thru the dead leaves of 2021.
