"As you can see I started by placing the base colors of the skin in a rustic way looking for a slight oil painting effect, all this in sai with a square tip brush and watercolor effect to be able to "easily" blur the colors of the skin, after smoothing all the skin I started to place some glitter on the face to give it more realism."
