"About a week ago my friend and zoo volunteer who lives in my area found this "miracle" near the basement of a high-rise building.
The former domestic cat can be seen immediately. He is afraid. Unadapted to the street and does not know what to do. These often get under the car or in the teeth of stray dogs. When a friend fed him, the cat did not eat, but ran after her feet, asking for help. She learned from the locals that his owner, an old woman, had died. The heirs simply threw three cats out into the street and took away two dogs somewhere.
It happens to us so often. I want people to pay a big fine for treating animals badly."
