Today I want to share with you this delicious recipe. It is lemon cookies with a topping of strawberry frosting. The recipe is easy to make and you don't need to have a lot of ingredients.

El d铆a de hoy quiero compartirles esta deliciosa receta. Se trata de unas galletas de lim贸n con un topping de frosting de fresa. La receta es f谩cil de elaborar y sin necesidad de tener muchos ingredientes.

| 1 tsp vanilla. | 1 tbsp lemon |
| 1 cup of cream cheese. | 1/2 cup butter |

PREPARATION.馃
- FIRST STEP: The first thing we need to do is melt the butter and sugar. We will mix it with a whisk, mix the ingredients, then add the vanilla, egg, lemon and mix again all the ingredients. Finally, we will add in two parts the flour and I recommend mixing it with a pastry tongue making enveloping movements. Our mixture will have this result, as in the photo, and with a spoon we will place the mixture on a tray to take them to the oven preheated to 160 degrees heat. Above and below we will let the cookies bake for 12 minutes.

- PRIMER PASO: Lo primero que necesitamos hacer es derretir la mantequilla y la az煤car. Lo mezclaremos con una varilla, mezclaremos los ingredientes, despu茅s agregaremos la vainilla, el huevo, el lim贸n y mezclaremos nuevamente todos los ingredientes. Por 煤ltimo, agregaremos en dos partes la harina y recomiendo mezclarla con una leng眉eta pastelera realizando movimientos envolventes. Nuestra mezcla tendr谩 este resultado, como en la foto, y con una cuchara colocaremos la mezcla en una bandeja para llevarlas al horno precalentado a 160 grados calor. Arriba y abajo dejaremos las galletas hornearse por 12 minutos.
- SECOND STEP: Now we will prepare the strawberry frosting that will be the covering of our cookies. Its preparation is very easy. In a bowl we will put the cream cheese and add the jam mixing it with the help of a spoon and that's it. When our cookies are not so hot, we can cover them with the frosting and we will have delicious cookies.

- SEGUNDO PASO: Ahora prepararemos el frosting de fresa que ser谩 la cubertura de nuestras galletas. Su preparaci贸n es muy f谩cil. En un recipiente dejaremos el queso crema y agregaremos la mermelada mezcl谩ndola con ayuda de una cuchara y listo. Cuando nuestras galletas ya no se encuentran tan calientes, podremos cubrirlas con el frosting y tendremos unas deliciosas galletas.
