i am not as sore as expected after this past weekend’s madhiking tomfoolery at niwot’s challenge, so to celebrate i did a 10k recovery day instead of a 5k recovery day. hooray. 10k is the max rewards activity, so why not shoot for it every day, methinks? and besides, it's really not that hard to get to 10k… if you've got a couple hours to spare every day, you can just walk it the whole way to 10k. time better spent than sitting in front of the tv for a couple hours, methinks. not sure where i'm going with this paragraph. i feel like i had some kind of point to get across when i started writing this paragraph, but if i did, i've clearly forgotten what it was.
in conclusion, i'm absent-minded and confused right now.
p.s. can anyone help me understand what the “Maximize AFIT Token Earnings” checkbox does in the actifit app? i've been looking around for an explanation but can't find one. i've tried checking the box before, and it seems like what it does is give me an additional few tokens as a reward a few days after my post, but i'm not sure if that's actually how it works. thanks in advance for your help.
