I knew that soon my yard would bring me a new surprise besides delicious mangoes🥭—some mushrooms🍄🟫 with a very edible appearance and its always beautiful leaves🍃. Out of nowhere, during my morning mango gathering and while checking the newly planted peanut plants, I saw this creature🐞🪳, new, never seen before, and—sazz!—I dropped the mangoes, ran to my room in search of the camera, and rushed back praying it hadn’t left. And there it was, one of the few animals I’ve photographed that didn’t seem bothered by it. It even posed (or so I say).

Sabía que pronto mi patio me traería una nueva sorpresa además de deliciosos mangos🥭, unos hongos🍄🟫 de apariencia muy comestible y sus siempre hermosas hojas🍃. De la nada en mi recogida de mangos mañanera, y también revisando las plantas de maní recién plantadas veo esta criatura🐞🪳, nueva, jamás vista, y sazz, suelto los magos, voy corriendo a mi cuarto en busca de la cámara y vuelvo corriendo rezando que no se haya ido. Y ahí seguía, uno de los pocos animales que he fotografiado qué no parecía molesto por ello. Incluso poso (digo yo).
