Greetings everyone! My name is Odindu Emmanuella you can feel free to call me Ella or QueenElla anyone can go. I am very happy to be a part of the Hive family. It is an honour to be in a platform where I can freely express myself in writing and in words, which is what I love doing from as little as I can remember.
I am a mixture of choleric phlegmatic and a little touch of sanguine hahaha( All plays out depending on the environment I found myself )
(Little Ella)
I am an indigenous person of IMO STATE, Nigeria Ehime Mbano to be precise but resides in Umuahia in Abia State Born on the 28th of November ( so apparently I celebrated my birthday three days ago) a final year student of Microbiology at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike Umuahia. (We work on microorganisms and make them our friends)
I am the 2nd daughter, 3rd and middle child of my family. Yeah two at the front two at the back making it five kids with my two parents so in general we're a family of seven.
My whole growing up has been in Abia State (except that I was born in plateau state). from Aba to Umuahia has been my base although I have visited some places like Port Harcourt, Ibadan State, Benin, Anambra state all in Nigeria.
EDUCATION LEVEL
I started my nursery education at age 3 (according to my parents) at St Paul's Nursery and Primary school Abakwu Aba, after nursery graduation I was transferred to Com's model Christian Academy the school where my mummy was teaching and after my primary 3 due to distance I was transferred again to Ugo Best International Christian Academy where I finished my primary education.
Well My Secondary Education was a division of labour, the three junior years (JSS 1 to 3) was at Young Stars Christian Academy ( Aba too like to put "Christian" in their description, Any school that doesn't have "Christian" in it never start😁 ) My junior secondary school life was so fun and lovely that most times I will just wish I was still a junior secondary school student.I was among the bright students we had then(We no get problem, nah just to dey go school dey score 1st or 2nd position. Do inter house sports finish life continues)
Then the 2nd half of my Secondary education which is My SENIOR LEVEL
where everyone wants to show authority and superior over the junior ones ( I so much wished I was still in my formal school during my senior days, because I and my friends in my junior school then had already planned what we were going to do when we finally become seniors, and our ultimate target were the junior class following us, There's always war between these two sets) But unfortunately for me I was transferred to the Almighty SOUTH LAND SCHOOL. The only school within that area that doesn't have "Christian" in its name, It could have been an irony if it actually has. If you go to South Land and come out without being corrupt then you're a true child of God, but last last they kept producing the best science students every year.
Actually I didn't enjoy my stay in the school that was where my phlegmatic nature came into play, I became a very timid and quiet girl at school and a very different and free person at home. Finally I graduated without utilising my potential in that school. Even till today I never had a good memory of the school because I hid myself inside well enough not to be noticed unlike my junior secondary school days.

After a few years of staying at home and working I wrote my JAMB( Joint Admission Matriculation Board) and got admission into Michael Okpara University Of Agriculture Umudike Umuahia where I am currently studying Microbiology. In my 100 level almost everyone still had a Secondary school mentality but as we progressed we understood that OMG life is life
(Final year)
BEST AND WORST OF THINGS
In this life I have got lots of better things than worst. I love doing a lot of things, especially those that yield positive results.
Some of the things I have always loved doing are reading, writing, Imagining things and eating, singing ( of course I am a chorister)...
I will explain all these one after the other
Reading-- Reading is one of my best hobbies that I do effortlessly. I enjoy reading through the ideas of others and imagining myself in their world. Reading takes me out of this world to my ideal world. It makes me forget most times that I have a problem. I read anything readable both good and bad, Anytime I enter into the restroom with either a newspaper or book just forget it, am coming out the next day
Imagination... My God, if only my world could turn to my imaginations mennn every thing go just soft for me.
Writing... My imagination gives me the urge to write. I remember those times in secondary school days I turned most of my notebooks into a novel ground😀 I was packing them believing that one day I will publish all of it lolsss. My dream of becoming a writer and a speaker starts from there. At home you will only see me with one thing "Pen" . I was always holding a pen to the point I nearly wounded my sister with it, that was the day my mum warned me seriously about holding pens in my hand.
Eating.... Oya oya you don catch me 😂 yeahhh I Love Eating, I can eat especially when the food is fooding I mean delicious. Well I don't have a favourite food all food na food just let the taste be okay. My elder brother calls me "nri" in our dialect meaning "food ''. My younger sisters went to the extent of composing a song for me all because of food chai . Each time I finish eating and drop my spoon on the plate everyone on the table will help me and shout "Mummy i'm not okay" hahaha well that's my slogan. Fortunately for me I don't add the way I eat if not.....hehhh
My favourite colors are purple, white and green.
Am not really good with fashion but I try to look good and presentable all the time.
HOW I KNEW ABOUT HIVE
On this particular day I went to make my friend's hair and she was saying something about writing and making money from it
Wait, you mean I can write and get rewarded for it? I asked her and her response was positive. I gladly accepted to be a part of it, and then she connected me to her brother my Oga on top @kingsworldline who put me through everything involved in being a part of the Hive family. I really appreciate you sir for patiently teaching and guiding me through the processes I will ever remain grateful for. And to my own good friend
@queenpresh you know I love you right?? Thank you dear for introducing me to this great opportunity of living part of my dream God bless you real good.
WHY I DECIDED TO JOIN HIVE
Most times after writing it will always remain in my custody. My knowledge, reviews and innovations and writing were always with me and inside my book without getting to impact others or others getting to read through them so when I heard about writing and people getting to read through your work it gives me a lot of joy and gladness of heart. Coupled with being rewarded after my writings menn it's like a dream come true.
In Conclusion
Joining the HIVE blogging community has been one of the best decision I have actually made this 2023, it gives me the opportunity to learn new things, explore my world and make useful things out of my time. It has been a tremendous opportunity and great privilege for me to be a part of the happening here and I want to say thank you to everyone in this wonderful platform.
To my own friend @queenpresh thank you so much for all your support, encouragement and advise God bless you for me And my Gentle man Boss
@kingsworldline I celebrate grace sir, thank you very much for all you do God bless you real good sir.
Special thanks to hive and the wonderful communities here, thank you for this wonder platform and great opportunity you provided where people of like-mind can share and live their dreams in reading, writing and exploring.
