In the busyness of our daily lives, the body often talks to us. Sometimes due to excessive work pressure, and sometimes due to not eating according to the rules, the body suddenly bends a little. Today was just such a day. During work, I suddenly felt that the body's energy or pressure had decreased a little. The body felt quite weak, and at the same time, there was a kind of drowsiness.
At such a moment, there is no need for any complicated arrangements to quickly refresh the body. For me, the easiest and most effective way in such a situation is to boil eggs. I took out a large duck egg from the fridge. Duck eggs have a slightly higher nutritional value than ordinary chicken eggs and are able to provide protein and energy to the body very quickly. I washed the eggs well and put them on the stove to boil. I boiled them in water with a little salt, so that it is easy to peel. After a while, when the eggs were boiled nicely, I took them out and arranged them in a bowl. The steaming hot boiled egg white and the yolk inside it—it seems to fill you with life.
When I took the first bite with a pinch of salt, I felt as if new vitality was returning to my body. This very simple food worked like medicine to relieve today's fatigue. We often forget that our body needs nutritious food at the right time more than expensive food. Maybe you too have ever felt so tired? Then take some time for yourself without unnecessary neglect. You can choose such simple but nutritious food as a source of quick energy. Remember, if you take care of your body, your body will also accompany you for a long time.
