My body has not been doing well for a few days. I was feeling quite weak due to my low blood pressure. So I thought, let's go for a walk in the open air in the afternoon and collect some nutritious food for the body. For this purpose, I went straight to a small rural market in our village. The hustle and bustle of the market, the chatter of people, and the smell of fresh things all combined to create a wonderful atmosphere. On one side of the market, I saw a local vendor, a simple man wearing a lungi and a t-shirt. He was sitting on a mat on the ground.
In front of him, eggs were arranged neatly in two large aluminum pots. One had a lot of duck eggs, and the other had small quail eggs. The size of the duck eggs was quite large and the shells were milky-white or light blue in color. They are not only beautiful to look at, but also full of nutrients. A pair of duck eggs is a good way to overcome the weakness of the body. So without delay, I bought some fresh duck eggs from the vendor.
While packing the eggs in plastic bags, I had a brief chat with the seller. Seeing his simple lifestyle and smiling face made me feel better. After buying the eggs, I looked around the nearby shops. The shopkeepers were setting up stalls of fresh vegetables, fish and daily necessities in the market. This liveliness and sincerity of rural life is difficult to find in the mechanical life of the city.
The experience of visiting this small market in the afternoon was very refreshing for me. Just as the nutrition of duck eggs will help restore the body's strength, the memories of these beautiful moments in the market will remove the fatigue of the mind. Indeed, sometimes it is very necessary to spend time in the lap of nature and close to the ground in a rural market. My body feels much better now than before.
