Homemade caramel pudding.

There's nothing quite like sitting down and chatting with family on a lazy afternoon or on a holiday amidst a busy life. And that joy is only enhanced by a delicious dessert made by yourself. Yesterday was such a wonderful moment in our family. Suddenly, everyone wanted to eat something sweet. There was always milk and eggs in the fridge, so I thought I would make everyone's favorite caramel pudding in a hurry. While making pudding is not very difficult, creating the perfect caramel and achieving the smooth texture of the pudding is a great art. First, I burned the sugar to create a beautiful golden caramel and set it at the bottom of the bowl. Then I mixed the milk, eggs, and a little sugar well and strained the mixture so that there were no bubbles or lumps inside. Finally, I put it on the stove to steam and waited eagerly. While it was cooking, the whole house was filled with the sweet aroma of the pudding, which only increased everyone's appetite and curiosity.

After the pudding was made, I put it in the fridge to cool for a while. The whole family sat together at the dining table. As soon as I put the first spoonful in my mouth, my mother exclaimed, "Wow, it's melting in my mouth." The dessert was also delicious. My father usually eats less sweets, but he also finished the whole piece with great satisfaction.My younger brother wasn't satisfied with a single piece, he was eating his plate, the satisfied smiles and praise on everyone's faces made all my cooking efforts disappear in an instant In fact, there is no comparison to the satisfaction of sharing a meal prepared with your own hands with the utmost compassion, rather than eating at an expensive restaurant.
