It came running just next to the bike belonging to the biggest of my two boys - I thought for my self "please don't see it, and please don't mention it!".
I could have told my self, that a kid at 4 years of age, never would let such a "cute little" spider come by, with out mentioning it. (1 second later) Waaaauuu look, Dad, a huge spider. Pick It Up, Dad, Pick It Up! - you have told us "they don't do anything" please pick it up, my little-bro has to see it too - "I could have passed out, in the middle of the porch!"
But to my luck, I got a long "pick up thing" that I use because of my ruined back (don't know what it's called in English - sorry!) I graphed it by the table and then hurried out into the kitchen, to get a bowl, to put the spider in. When I came back out, both of my boys were standing with a stick each in their hand; "look, Dad, we have used a "pick up stick" just like you, Dad, and now the spider is all broken - we didn't break it, we just tried to pick it up!
