Had quite a lot of interviews this year, and managed to land a job a few months ago. The awkwardness in those can be extreme, especially if you see that this is going nowhere by the middle of a conversation.

Great article. However, I see a problem that new users face, myself included. As more and more people join the platform, your posts get buried in the "New" because so many people create content.
