Hi,
my friend of mine opened a bubble waffle store a month ago and it seems that i could be succesful. Still a lot of people don't know that dessert from Hongkong. He got this idea to open a store from London where his girlfriend wanted to eat that. He told me that people wait for over an hour to have on bubble waffle and that was his motivation to open one to make the same success.
His waffle are tasty and a little bit diffrent to the orignal one in Hongkong where are now icecream and candies.
