On this occasion I would like to write again about the theme that has been mentioned this week, namely speaking and what we say when we have 15 minutes of time to speak. And I think this is a very interesting theme for us to discuss together in the community.
If we look at the current conditions, indeed to talk 15 minutes seems like a very short time. Why do I say very short time because there are so many problems that we have to solve and of course if I have time I will definitely advise or give suggestions so that these problems can be resolved and how to respond to all of them. If one day I have the opportunity to be able to discuss or give lectures to other people, of course I will discuss how we develop our respective villages.
Why do I want to discuss about developing a village or hometown. Because in the last few years I have seen that the government has given a lot of funds to each village, then I see that these funds cannot be used as something that can continuously prosper the community. And I even saw that sometimes the funds provided by the government were not used by village officials where it was really needed, but they only spent the funds in places that were normal. And once I even found funds that had been given by the central government to the village both in construction or other matters in a year, in the end these funds were not used up in a year, so I think it is very strange that the funds that have been given cannot spent in places that are useful even though the funds are left behind and not used up.
So from that I really want to be able to convey these things to all people if I have the opportunity. My plan is that the funds that have been provided by the central government will create a business for the village and open up many jobs for the community so that the community can be more prosperous. Besides that, I also want to invite all people to be able to think broadly together to be able to develop the village. Indeed, in recent years, the government has issued a lot of funds for each village to build something. I think this is really a very good thing that the central government has thought of to develop a village, but what we have to pay attention to is how the village officials can use these funds as much as possible.
Then I also want to discuss how to maintain cohesiveness in society, both in terms of mutual cooperation and maintaining the environment in which we live. For teenagers, of course I also want to advise them on how to be able to think more positively to look for a brighter future. Because why did I say I wanted to give advice to youth to be able to think positively, because for me the future of a place depends on all of them and what's the difference if they can think well for the future so that the village can also progress in their hands in the future. which will come.
That is what I want to convey on this occasion and hopefully friends who have read what I have written can understand it and hopefully in the future I can also move to give advice to them.
