Indians in space

good evening😆
As i have promissed my next post for the fascinating facts of the space.
So i am ready now.

1 The universe is too big to measure in kilomeetes. Even,if you could travel at the speed of light ,it would take atleast 15 billion years to cross it as as we know.

2 The first women in space was Valentina tereshakova from Russia in 1963.

Rakesh sharma was the first Indian astronaut go up in space in 1984.
Another indian astronaut,Kalpana chawla,unfortunately died when thr space shuttle Columbia disintigrated on re entering the Earth,s atmosphere in 2003.

Three-fourth of the earth's surface is covered with water.

Eart's atmosphere consists mailnly of gases.

Moon is the natural sattelite of the earth. It revolves around the earth in 27.3 days.

Rakesh sharma,Kalpana chawla, Sunita williams are some famous astronauts of Indian origin.
