First of all I did not mention anyone in particular and I quote my words verbatim:

"I've seen publications that, from my point of view, are for beginners and that's why I dared to post in this community".

As you can see, I only said that I dared to post in your community because I have seen other people with drawings of beginners, to post and receive support, it seemed normal to me that I would do the same. I don't see anywhere in my commentary a lack of respect for anyone.

I also said that I didn't think it was fair to be silenced as if I was committing plagiarism or my content was vulgar or offensive.

It seems to me that a reprimand would have been the fairest thing to do. For example: Hey, we respect your beginnings, but in this community we don't accept entry-level jobs. Please come back when your drawings are of good quality, because here we only like the work of experts. If you publish beginner's drawings again, we will have to silence you.

Your attitude will discourage anyone. Even more so when I have been on the platform for 3 years and have never been silenced by anyone.
