Designing my weekend. [Week 175]

My weekend promises to be a good one. Today I'm finishing some pending things and also dedicating some time to my nails and hair. All thinking about finishing my week in order to get ready for the week.

For Sunday we have planned something different, but still to enjoy with the family. Some friends are coming over to our house to spend some time together. Normally, when we get together, we take the opportunity to do several things. For example, this time we are planning an afternoon of karaoke. I've already been practicing and tuning my fastidious.... What am I saying! My melodious voice (lie) for when it's my turn.

I love to screaming... What am I saying! Singing a Selena Quintanilla song called "Como la flor". My husband, since he likes to monkey around, chooses a song that lends itself to it. We have a friend who imitates Luis Miguel and another one who sings in English. Well, he tries... Although he doesn't speak it... You know what I mean...

So there will be enough for all kinds of scares... What am I saying! For all tastes. It will be a good evening.

We will play Mafiosos for sure. This game is great to play with friends and it's a lot of fun. Those of us who are present form the town and inside the town there are some mafiosos scaring people, so it's all about finding out who they are among the people. Everyone gets to be a character that only they know, and little by little the innocent and guilty ones are discarded. Believe me, it's addictive.

For lunch, because friendship with hunger does not last, we will make some arepas and panela and lemon juice (it is also addictive). And I'm sure there will be plenty of laughter, because my friends are experts at this.

And that's precisely what I like most about the weekend: they are those days that regularly reward me for another week of effort. They are those moments where I can do several things with what I have.

That's why:

If I'll be with friends, I can enjoy silly, little things.

If I'll be with my husband, I can eat something delicious and watch movies.

My weekend is synonymous with enjoyment, family and stress... What am I saying! Rest 💜
