With the latest release of our merchant Business Console together with the last update of the native enhanced iOS and Android mobile wallets, PumaPay is proud to announce the fulfillment of our core promise to deliver a blockchain-based payment system that offers an impressive and industry-first digital payment suite of products. This system is powered by our proprietary PullPayment protocol and is the core of our Advanced Billing Model templates. Merchants can now register online to get access to the Billing Model Wizard which allows businesses to replicate their payment schemes and business logic on the blockchain. These billing models can be built either programmatically via our API/SDK, or via a menu-driven wizard from within the Business Console, zero coding required. Business owners and line managers can now blockchain enable and easily build, manage and monitor all their digital business’ billing needs.
By abstracting away the complexities of accessing the PullPayment protocol via our API/SDK, the Business Console will dramatically accelerate our customers’ adoption rate. This streamlined onboarding process of merchants now allows PumaPay to focus on learning the diverse digital monetization and recurring revenue requirements of our rapidly expanding user base.
Equally important to our core promise and to further position PumaPay as an industry leader is the imminent release of our 3rd-party Fiat Settlement Layer. The settlement layer is an automatic crypto-to-fiat conversion feature. Fiat settlement for merchants is a reality! Once the customer makes their crypto payment, our settlement layer works in such a way that businesses will have zero exposure to crypto volatility. The settlement process begins and is implemented into the PumaPay wallet app so that once the QR code is scanned by the customer, they will be quoted the current rate of the PMA token and as soon as the customer approves the transaction, we lock this rate and guarantee it to the merchant. The merchant can then finalize the settlement payment into his dedicated fiat account.
