I've been getting a comment from a particular account on my Hive posts, and most of the time I just tend to ignore the comments, and even though I get to ignore the comments it still didn't stop the person from dropping it whenever they like.
Somehow I think this person uses the comment section of others to validate themselves.
They practice a form of introspection by thinking out loud, this would have been really fine, except that their thoughts or process of "thinking out loud" is a bit too hazardous and should have probably stayed in their thoughts, or perhaps take up these thoughts to the appropriate people.
I see their comment as a form of cancer, it reminds me of how people don't train themselves from having filters. You see, the advantage of having filters is that the mind is a storage for unprocessed ideologies and the moment we spill them without carefully curating it, it can be very dangerous.
The war of attitude
I've seen a lot of accounts on Hive lose themselves in some countless tirades. There was a time that RaymondSpeak or so, got into an alleged cheating allegations, they borrowed some money and then refused to pay back.
I think what followed after that was some constant rambling that didn't make sense. Somehow I think he probably lost his way along the line.
We've seen the likes of Berniesanders and HaeJin, back in the day on Hive, and then so many other downvote faction of Hive who lost their mind by constantly engaging in downvote wars.
There's the people who were raging and cursing the chain because of how their AI content wasn't accepted, and there's those who fought over having share of the DHF, The ones who constantly milked it, and used to money for personal gains, and you have the ones who made friends with the biggest stakeholders, so their proposals can always pass whenever they make it.
The good, bad & worse
I've seen the good, bad, worse and great side of the people on Hive. I've seen how horrible people can be, how compassionate can be. Some are forever bull posters and some others and constant FUDDERs.
Hive is colorful in this regard, and having a lot of diversity, ideologies or belief is why people have arguments, quarrels, constant beef and disagreement, to the detriment of the chain.
A lot of people do not understand human relationships, and I think that's why we're not making a lot of headways in talking, agreeing, coming up a solution and making the solution works.
Instead we just have raw ideas, people who are too egoistic, not willing to come to an agreement, constantly open to quarrel and proving that they're smart, instead of just channeling their supposed energy to the betterment of the chain.
I understand that this is why we gave witnesses, but truth is, even the witnesses do not come to agreement or consensus.
I doubt that they even hold credible meetings to advance the chain, and many of them are holding personal grudges and beefs, and are probably letting the beef get between them and getting the system to work.
In reminds me of politics in Africa.
African countries don't care about the system or people they're trying to better, they're mostly more concerned about being on position, which is currently why I think the "witnesses system" on Hive is not a flexible enough.
Creating a system that just shovels down inactive witnesses is how they get to forget their personal beefs to come up with creative ways to better the ecosystem.
Commination & Action
Again it boils down to the lack of PR and ability to communicate property without sounding too egotistic or proud.
Again, I think if people stops trying to sound smart or right towards the ecosystem by spreading FUD or unnecessary bullposting, then the better we can actually start moving way forward.
We're one of the first chains in this ecosystem, in crypto in general, but somehow we've allowed the concept of "ideologyism" (if there's a word like that) make it difficult for us to come together to make the system one of the best, like it used to be. Overall, I think it start with individual development.
Everyone at some people has to improve in their way of relativity, we can start by understanding the importance of unity when try to fix a controversial topic as the DHF.
