Hey there splinterbuddies. Greetings! This is my entry for Weekly Battle Challenge for this time. Its Briar Patch in the ruleset so let us see what is this all about.
Briar Patch
All units receive the Thorns ability at the start of the battle. Enemy units that use melee attacks receive damage back.
Damage returned is equal to damage of the attacker divided by 2, rounded up.
Melee attack units with the Reflection Shield ability do not take damage from thorns.
The Amplify ability increases damage.
The ruleset is:
Briar Patch in 56 Mana Capacity. Adding Aimless and Little League to the Ruleset, This will yield to the small to medium mana fight. Death Splinters will be the only choice for this fight.

Thaddius Brood as my summoner, placing Crypt Beetle in front due to the shield ability it posses. The shield ability let you minimize the Melee and Range attack by 1 so even though Crypt Beetle is a melee type of monster i am still using it as my front card. Riftwing will become my 2nd line of tank for the reason it got Scavenger ability and a decent amount of health. One more thing is that it will not attack with a melee damage. Venari Bonesmith and Life Sapper will be doing magic damage while sipping some of my opponent monsters life. Weirding Warrior was here to remove shield because of its shatter ability and Revealer was chose to provide some extra stunning effect while attacking some magic.
Round 1
This round is a bit difficult for my team. The presence of Trapp Falloway is giving my team a hard time for the reason that it is placing another health de buff on the field. Aimless is also putting my team on the tight spot for this round and cause my unlucky Weirding Warrior to leave the battle early.
Round 2
There is a bit luck on this part of the battle. Lucky because aimless cut off the Ravenhood Warden that remove the armor buff of my enemy's team. Also the opponent attacks did not kill one of my life leaching magicians. They're getting tanky while attacking in this situation if left in the field.
Round 5
This is were the remaining attacking monster of my opponent got cut off. With just Riftwing remaining, the battle is over because i still got 2 remaining Magician that can contain my opponents Riftwing in the next few rounds
